Pieter Vanhove

Pieter Vanhove is a recent graduate of the School of Oriental and African Studies with a Master’s in International Studies and Diplomacy (Merit). He is the author of World Literature After Empire: Rethinking Universality in the Long Cold War (find an interview about the book here). Pieter holds a Ph.D. in Italian and Comparative Literature from Columbia University in New York. Until 2022, Pieter was an Associate Lecturer at Lancaster University. He has been diagnosed with Schizo-Affective Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
